Roofing Sales / Estimator

Position Overview

This is a full-time position. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday; however, weekend work may be required based on project demands. The position may require work in both office and field environments based on customer appointments, estimates, or project follow-ups.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Roofing Salesperson is responsible for developing customers, selling roofing projects, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring proper documentation throughout the sales and project process, including but not limited to:

• Create, manage, and expand the company's customer base.
• Establish a minimum of 5 new customer contacts per day, unless actively working in the field with existing customers or conducting estimates.
• Upon selling a job, upload the following items into the company system of records:
  • Signed contract
  • Signed and notarized Notice of Commencement (NOC)
  • Material order
  • Completed permit application, unless applying online
• Upon completing the job folder, submit it to the General Manager for review.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the roofing process to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Upon project completion, schedule a meeting with the customer to:
  • Review completed work.
  • Go over final billing and any additional charges.
  • Collect final payment.
• Once final payment is received, submit the complete job folder to the General Manager for final review and filing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must comply with all safety regulations and OSHA standards on the jobsite.
• Must comply with all company procedures and policies.
• Must maintain expected performance standards and customer service expectations.
