1. Enrollment & Payment
By enrolling in the FNF Roofing Annual Roof Maintenance Program, the customer ("Member") agrees to pay the applicable annual subscription fee in full at the time of enrollment. The fee is determined by property type and size as outlined in the pricing schedule. Payment is required before services commence. FNF Roofing accepts all major credit cards.
2. Subscription Term & Auto-Renewal
The subscription term is twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment. The subscription will automatically renew for successive one-year terms at the then-current rate unless the Member cancels in writing at least fifteen (15) days prior to the renewal date. FNF Roofing will provide written renewal notice at least thirty (30) days in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription by submitting a written request to FNF Roofing via email or mail at least fifteen (15) days prior to the next renewal date. Because the annual fee is collected in full at enrollment, no refund will be issued upon cancellation. No early termination fee applies. All included services and the applicable repair credit remain active through the end of the paid subscription year.
4. Scope of Services
This program covers two (2) scheduled preventive maintenance visits per year as described above. It does not include structural repairs or roof replacement. Any repairs identified during an inspection will be quoted separately. The applicable repair credit may be applied toward qualifying work performed by FNF Roofing within the active subscription year.
5. Repair Credit
The annual repair credit amount is determined by property type and size tier, as set forth in the Program Pricing table. Residential repair credits range from $150 to $300 depending on property size; commercial repair credits range from $150 to $350 depending on property size. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be applied within the active 12-month subscription year. Credits expire at year end, do not carry over, and apply only to work performed by FNF Roofing. Credits may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Pricing & Property Size
Pricing is based on the property size provided by the Member at enrollment. FNF Roofing reserves the right to verify property size and adjust pricing accordingly prior to or at the time of the first inspection. Members will be notified of any adjustment before services commence and may cancel without penalty if they do not agree to a revised price.
7. Multi-Property & Multi-Building Discounts
Discounted rates are available for members enrolling multiple properties or buildings. Discount terms are determined individually. Contact FNF Roofing directly for a customized quote.
8. Soft Wash Add-On
The roof soft wash service is available to active members at the preferred rate of $0.20 per square foot, billed separately from the base subscription, with a minimum charge of $100 (500 sqft). Properties exceeding 10,000 sqft will receive a separate quoted rate prior to service. The applicable repair credit may not be applied toward soft wash services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Scheduling Policy
FNF Roofing will contact you within 14 days of enrollment to confirm your first inspection date. Your second visit will be scheduled approximately 180 days from your first. FNF Roofing schedules visits based on weather conditions and operational availability, with reasonable advance notice provided. Members are responsible for ensuring property access on the agreed date. If a Member is unavailable for two (2) consecutive scheduled dates, that visit may be forfeited for the subscription year without refund or credit.
10. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
All inspection and maintenance services are performed with professional care in accordance with industry standards. Participation in this program does not guarantee the prevention of leaks, storm damage, or future roofing failures. FNF Roofing is not liable for pre-existing conditions not detectable during a visual inspection, damage caused by severe weather, or issues arising from third-party work. Inspection reports may support warranty or insurance claims but FNF Roofing does not guarantee approval by third parties.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the service property is located. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction of the service location.
12. Modifications to Program
FNF Roofing reserves the right to modify program pricing, inclusions, or terms with thirty (30) days' written notice. Members who do not wish to continue under revised terms may cancel prior to renewal without penalty.

2 Onsite Inspections: Visit 1 at enrollment. Visit 2 approximately 6 months later. Each performed by an FNF Roofing professional.
Detailed Inspection Report: Written report with photos of all roof features, condition notes, and repair recommendations delivered after each visit.
Storm Damage Assessment: Documented evaluation of wind uplift, hail or debris impact, flashing integrity, and storm-related wear at each visit.
Gutter Debris Removal: Full removal of leaves, branches, and debris at each visit to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage.
Roof & Exterior Wall Moisture Check: Detection of hidden roof and exterior wall moisture intrusion before it leads to mold, rot, or structural damage.
VIP Priority Scheduling & Waived Emergency Fees: VIP priority scheduling with FNF Roofing and waived emergency service fees when repair needs arise.
